The “Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation of Central Enterprises”, held by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, was convened at Shenzhen in the afternoon of April 15, 2017. The theme of this forum was “focus on the ‘review of compliance for overseas investment’ and legal risks and risk prevention in ‘intellectual property trading’”.
Mr. Richard L. Thurston, a legal professor specialized in International Law, Globe-Law senior partner Wang Zhengzhi and Mr. Chen Yun who is the senior partner of Grandall Law Firm were invited as honored guests to present at the forum.
This forum serves as a branch of the “15th Session of Exchange Conference for China International Talents” held at Shenzhen from April 15 to April 16. As for the “15th Session of Exchange Conference for China International Talents”, it is the first national-level, international and integrated conference ever held after the “two sessions”. Over 17,800 representatives from over 4,600 professional organizations, training institutions, colleges and universities, technology corporations and human resource institutions in 72 countries or regions attended this conference.
