Introduction
Yiqian Guo was born in March 1980 in Changchun, Jilin Province. In October 2007, she joined the Communist Party of China. She graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago with a Master of Law's degree in Intellectual Property Law and took her first job in November 2010. She is now a partner of Globe-Law Law Firm and a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association. From 2002 to 2006, she studied for a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in English in Jilin University; from 2006 to 2009, she studied for a master's degree in Economic Law in the Law School of Jilin University; from 2008 to 2009, she studied L.L.M in Intellectual Property Law at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, USA; from 2010 to 2016, she worked as an attorney in Beijing Tiantai Law Firm; from 2016 to 2019, she worked as an attorney in Beijing Yifa Law Firm; since 2019, she has worked as a partner in Globe-Law Law Firm.
Yiqian Guo has been serving as legal counsel / special project attorney for many listed companies, large state-owned enterprises, private equity investment or asset management companies since she became an attorney, including Poly Finance Co., Ltd., China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Overseas Economic and Trade Friction as perennial legal counsel (European Area), Beijing Culture Real Estate Co., Ltd., Beijing Guanwei Technology Co., Ltd. and other companies as perennial legal advisers. In the field of litigation, she has represented well-known multinational companies at home and abroad in dozens of commercial litigation and arbitration cases involving various disputes in the fields of corporate governance and international trade in domestic people's courts at all levels, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Beijing Arbitration Commission. Besides, She is the tutor of the internship base of the Law School of Tsinghua University and a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, and she has the qualification of private equity.
Yiqian Guo won the commendation of the lawyer industry and was awarded as "Excellent Communist Party Member" in the lawyer industry of Haidian District, Beijing in 2018-2019.
