(1) Cases of the Civil and Commercial Arbitration Business

• Represented a technology company in Beijing in the investment contract dispute with a limited partnership company in Hangzhou to apply to the court for cancellation of the arbitration award, with the involved amount of more than RMB 200 million; successfully helped the client obtain a re-arbitration award issued by the court;
• Represented a mining group company in Shandong Province in the dispute with a pharmaceutical technology limited liability company in Beijing over a capital increase contract, with the involved subject matter of more than RMB 100 million; successfully recovered heavy losses for the client through mediation;
• Represented a Chinese wholly-owned subsidiary of an American company in the civil, commercial, and criminal cases such as complex labor dispute and trade secret dispute; provided professional legal services, and investigated and collected evidence in Arizona where an American company is located;
• Represented a real estate development company in Heilongjiang in the dispute with a municipal natural resources and planning bureau in Heilongjiang over a contract filed with the Supreme People's Court; won the litigation;
• Represented a state-owned company in the retrial of private lending case against a group company; successfully obtained a retrial ruling made by the court;
• Represented a company in Shenyang in a commercial arbitration case against a company in Hongkong filed with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission;

(2) Cases of the Criminal Defense Business

• Represented X Li in the case in which X Li was accused of helping information network criminal activities; the procuratorate issued a decision not to prosecute;
• Represented X Lin and others in the case in which they were accused of infringing copyright; the case was selected as a typical case of the year;
• Represented X Bo in the case in which X Bo was suspected of helping information network criminal activities; successfully applied for bail pending trial;
• Represented more than ten people including X Tian in the retrial in which they were suspected of defrauding; the court revised the judgment;
• Represented X Liu and others in the case in which they were suspected of fraud. 

(3) Non-litigation Legal Services

• Conducted due diligence with Manokore Attorneys in Zimbabwe and issued a legal opinion in the project that a group company acquired a mining company in Zimbabwe;
• Provided special legal services for a national policy bank in the Indonesia's cross-border loan supplementary mortgage project and played an important role;
• Provided special legal services and issue a legal opinion for the trade union of a foreign-funded enterprise with respect to the economic layoffs of the foreign-funded enterprise;
• Actively participated in the project of the quotation open transfer of the shares of a wholly-owned subsidiary established by a Hong Kong company in Tianjin to apply for listing of shares at the National Equities Exchange and Quotations; made the quotation successful, and played a core role in the project.
