Work Highlights

• Represented a central enterprise in tort liability dispute and sales contract dispute, and won the lawsuit. 
• Represented a central enterprise in response and counter-claim of engineering construction contract dispute, where we helped the client change from being passive to being active, maintained the enterprise reputation and obtained the high compensation for the enterprise. 
• Represented a real estate company in Hebei Province in the dispute case against the senior executives relating to damage to the company interests and the case against the senior executives suspected of being involved in the crime of concealing the account books and taking advantage of their positions, and thereby protected the shareholders' interests. 
• Represented a company in Beijing in the contract dispute case against a foreign-funded company in another place, adopted strategies to preserve the core assets of the other party by 700 times, facilitated reconciliation between the two parties, and quickly recovered more than 10 million of the creditor's rights that were claimed to be "impossible to obtain within two years" by the other party. 
• Represented a company in Beijing in a series of contract dispute cases against a delisted company, in which the request for the defendant to pay the lawyer's fees was supported in the absence of contract provisions. Realized part of the creditor's rights by disposal of equities and movable properties and other measures in the execution stage, and recovered millions of loss. 
• Represented the creditor in many contract dispute cases against the shell company, add the company shareholders as the executed according to law, and recovered the principals, interests and liquidated damages for delay in performance for some cases. 
• Represented the investor in handling more than ten dispute cases of valuation adjustment mechanism, and realized the put-back rights and obtained reasonable returns for some cases. 
• Represented the financing party in handling the dispute cases of valuation adjustment mechanism, and facilitated reconciliation that the founder shareholder is willing to break up with the investors at a lower price. 
• Represented the creditor in handling the private lending and debt redemptions of the decedent, and recovered the principals and interests. 
• Represented the Internet celebrity in the case that the competitors infringed personal rights and interests through the information network, quickly stopped the infringement and eliminated the negative effects. 
• Acted on the case of private lending involved in loan frauds and cross-border telecom frauds, and received recognition from the clients.
