Work Highlights
- In the case of a construction contract dispute between China Sinogy Electric Engineering Co., Ltd. And Fushun Mining Zhongji Thermal Power Co., LTD., Qidong Dai successfully resolved the dispute between the two parties and the two parties finally reached a settlement at the price of RMB 280 million；
- In the “Dongbei Special Steel Financial Bad Debt Settlement Project” of Shenyang Office of China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. (now known as Liaoning Branch of China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd.), Qidong Dai realized a lump-sum cash payment of RMB 65 million for the client;
- In the first instance that Cao XX was suspected of contract fraud, the court made the judgment that XX Cao committed contract fraud and was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of 12 years. After Qidong Dai's careful investigation and defense work, the public prosecution organ withdrew the prosecution against Cao XX, who was then acquitted of a charge after three years of custody.
