Introduction

Since 2008, Ya'nan Zhou has been focusing on dispute resolution, labor law, corporate law and other fields, and has served as the permanent legal advisor for many governmental organizations, enterprises and institutions, representing a large number of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and labor dispute cases. Retrial Cases before the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China.

Represented in the case of Jingshan Yuanhui Agricultural Comprehensive Development Co., Ltd. v. Jingshan Municipal People's Government over contract disputes, for which the first instance was tried at Jingmen Intermediate People's Court, and the retrial was held at Hubei High People's Court second instance, and Supreme People's Court.
Represented in the case of Minmetals Logistics Xinjiang Co., Ltd. v. Qingyun Jingqing Baoye Coal Sales Co., Ltd. in a dispute over the sale and purchase contract at the first instance of the Beijing First Intermediate People's Court, the second instance of the Beijing High People's Court, and the retrial of the Supreme People's Court.
Represented in the retrial before the Supreme People's Court in the equity transfer dispute between Xinjiang Tianxiang New Technology Development Company and X Zhang et al..
