As one of the few foreign-related attorneys in Shaanxi Province, Wei Chen's experiences of studying abroad in the United States and Europe have accumulated good international communication skills for her and cultivated the basic qualities of analyzing and resolving problems with an international perspective.
Through a long-term study and paying attention to the foreign related legal issue, Wei Chen is getting familiar with international commercial arbitration procedures, international trade rules, legal risk management of EPC turnkey engineering. Wei Chen is qualified for the international business negotiation, and has provided legal services to the clients from Germany, Arabia, the United States, Britain, Tanzania, Austria, Kazakhstan, South Korea.
Wei Chen ever provided legal service for diverse industries, such as the E-commerce , the third party payment, the international brand hotel, the large state-owned construction enterprise, the global oil development project, the automobile renting enterprise, and soil health enterprises in Shaanxi, and also provides comprehensive legal services in the process of enterprise equity financing, debt financing projects enterprise equity dispute resolution, three new board listing, foreign investment enterprise establishments, thus gaining rich experiences in project proceeding, management and risk controlling.
