Introduction

Chao Gao has long been engaged in intellectual property consulting and planning for enterprises and companies, including patent mining, patent portfolio, cultivation of high-value patents, and avoidance of intellectual property litigation risk, etc., and I am specialized in legal services related to intellectual property management system, patent operation and technology transfer, etc. Up to now, He has participated in a number of missions involving licensing and transfer negotiation on foreign and domestic patented technologies and operational risk prevention and control.

Chao Gao is dedicated to patent right verification, protection, use and other non-litigation businesses in biochemical, mechanical, electronic and other technical fields, and especially specialized in intellectual property portfolio and technical mining, establishment of enterprise intellectual property management system and policy consulting services for small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises. Serving as the person in charge/principal undertaker, he has undertaken and participated in more than 20 projects, including the Patent Strategy Research Project of China National Intellectual Property Administration, Strategic Research and Decision-Making Consulting Projects of Intellectual Property Office of Shaanxi, Intellectual Property Review for Major Economic Activities in Shaanxi, and Patent Navigation Guide for Patent Industry in Xi'an.

Served as an attorney for Dyson in patent invalidation and patent right protection in China region;
Represented for XX Tian v. Yunan Benshan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Taihe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., etc. in the case of patent invalidation of a series of invention patents of pharmaceutical preparations;
Served as an attorney for China National Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. in infringement analysis (Free to Operate (FTO)) on a series of patents related with HIV antibody and F protein;
Acted for NIPPON SODA v. Shaanxi XX Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in the case of request for invalidation of the trademark "JIATUO";
Handled the Commercial Franchise Compliance Project of a Chinese culture development group in Beijing;
Handled the Patent Technology Transfer Project between a Chinese technology company and a US company;
Handled the application for patents, soft works and trademarks, intellectual property mining and portfolio of State Grid Corporation, Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), Ltd., CNPC Chuanqing Corporation, Australia National Power Storage (ANPS), Shaanxi J&R Optimum Energy Co., Ltd., Shenzhen OptimuaNano Battery Co., Ltd., Poly New Energy Corporation, Shaanxi Diesel Heavy Industry, Ltd. and other companies in a long term;

Work experience

Worked for a well-known domestic A-share listed company for almost ten years, mainly responsible for technical research and development (in the field of fire protection and new energy storage), overseas product certification (UL, FM, and LPCB), and intellectual property management and operation in the company.

Currently act as a partner, a senior patent attorney and a patent analyst of Globe-Law (Xi'an) Law Firm, an external auditor of CCAA Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS), and a licensed technical manager.
