Introduction
Junyao Yue, a practicing attorney,deputy director and senior partner of Globe-Law (Zhengzhou) Law Firm, is an associate professor of law of the School of Humanities and Law of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics. He has won the first prize of achievements in humanities and social sciences of Henan Provincial Education Department, the first prize of excellent research project of Henan Provincial Social Science Circles Federation, and the titles of “excellent teacher” and “advanced individual in practical teaching” of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics. He has taught legal English, evidence law, material evidence technology, introduction to economic law and other courses. He has published more than 20 academic papers, with the representative work “Rule regarding Expert Testifying and Admission of Expert Opinion” (CSSCI, sole author, Journal of Zhengzhou University, Philosophy and Social Sciences Edition), presided over and participated in more than 10 scientific research projects, published a monograph titled “Regulations and Practice of Judicial Appraisal Procedure” (sole author, Zhengzhou University Press) and participated in two textbooks. He participated in the recording of online video teaching courses of the first batch of provincial first-class undergraduate online teaching projects, i.e. “Legal Waterway Flying Around the World” and “Civil Procedure Law”.
