Bill Shah has worked in a large state-owned international engineering company in the Fortune Global 500 for a long time, and has served as the director of overseas large construction projects, fully responsible for the legal and contract affairs of projects.

Bill Shah is familiar with the global engineering construction model and the construction project contract model system, and has rich experience in contract negotiation and management of international construction projects. He is familiar with the global construction project claim system and practical operation, and has made in-depth and extensive research on FIDIC, AIA of the United States, ICE and NEC of the United Kingdom, PAM of Malaysia and other construction engineering organization modes and their contract model systems.

Bill Shah has taught the world’s major construction project contract models and the claim system of each model for the national influential legal training platforms for many times, and won wide acclaim. He is committed to promoting the introduction of advanced system norms and successful experience of excellent international construction contract models into the China construction contract model system and to the localization transformation after the introduction of the global advanced construction project organization models and contract model systems into China.

• In 2014, provided all-sided legal service for a central enterprise with respect to the  apartment building One Kiara EPC contract project in Malaysia； 
• In 2014, provided all-sided legal service for a central enterprise with respect to the office and apartment building Tropicana EPC contract project in Malaysia；

• In 2012, provided all-sided legal service for a central enterprise with respect to the Usha steel and iron factory EPC project in India, including legal affairs, contracts and dispute solution; 
• In 2011, conducted contract negotiation and alteration for a central enterprise with respect to the investment and development of affordable house for Indonesia with Indonesian Public Housing Ministry.
• In 2010-2015，provided all-sided legal service for a Guam subsidiary of a central enterprise in the United States with respect to areal estate investment, development and management project;
• In 2009，provided all-sided legal services for a central enterprise with respect to a large coal mine investing and EPC project in Australia, including legal services for various links of the project such as equity investment.
• In 2018，participated in the discussion of a central enterprise on the solution of the arbitration concerning the dispute over a project in Brazil;; 
• In 2017,provided suggestions for claim collection of a private enterprise in Africa, response plans for different creditor's rights disputes, and lawsuits or application for arbitration respectively;
• In 2015，participated in the resolution of the dispute over the general contract of a central enterprise in Fiji; the case was concluded through arbitration;
• In 2014-2015，filed a lawsuit against an overseas company on behalf of an overseas subsidiary of a central enterprise with respect to the dispute over housing sales management, and won the case in the local court;   
• In 2014，cooperated with local lawyers on behalf of an overseas subsidiary of a central enterprise to deal with the arbitration of a project construction dispute with a Malaysian developer; the other party withdrew the lawsuit and the case was resolved through settlement; 
• In 2011，participated in the arbitration between a central enterprise and an Indian agent on agency fee, amicably settled；
• In 2010，participated in the litigation filed by a central enterprise regarding a large-scale overseas project construction project; the litigation was resolved through settlement;
• In 2017-2018，provided all-sided legal service for a private technology company in Shenzhen with respect to the listing in NASDAQ US；
• In 2016, provided all-sided legal services for a central enterprise with respect to the Sacramento pension apartment investment and equity in California USA;
