Introduction

Gang Zhang was born in Shenyang, Liaoning Province in 1974. After graduating from university in 1997, he worked as a legal consultant for a large state-owned enterprise in Shenyang. He passed the National Judicial Examination in 2006 and has been practicing law since 2008. He has successively worked in Liaoning Shengjing Law Firm, Liaoning Baoyu Law Firm (partner) and other practicing institutions. Remarkable achievements

Gang Zhang represented the dispute case over financial loan contracts between Liaoning Branch of China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Panjin Yongsheng Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. Panjin Shenghua Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. Yonghua Li, Qiao’e Zhang, Yan Li, and Chong Li (Execution target: more than RMB 2 billion), he completed part of the mortgage property debt repayment, and facilitated the parties to settle the case; Gang Zhang represented the dispute cases over financial bad debt claims between Liaoning Hengyu Investment Management Co. Ltd. and Liaoning First Construction Engineering Company for the first trial defendant Huludao Liaoxi Housing Comprehensive Development Company, and won the lawsuit in the second trial (People's Courts of Liaoning Province) and retrial (Supreme People's Court).
