  • Represented the Internet new media platform hosted by a TV station in suing a sports live broadcast platform for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games sports program for infringement upon broadcasting rights and broadcasting organization rights (the case carried typical demonstration significance and was transferred to the upper jurisdiction, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court);
  • Acted as an agent for a new media group directly under a well-known TV station in its response to a dispute over the infringement of property rights of other works by a mobile Internet digital business platform;
  • Acted on behalf of a leading Internet video platform to file a lawsuit against a well-known Internet social platform and a well-known Internet cultural community regarding sports programs related to the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games in violation of the right to network communication of works information;
  • Acted as an agent for a leading Internet video platform to sue and respond to copyright ownership, infringement and unfair competition disputes related to audio-visual works such as TV dramas, movies, online dramas/movies, short dramas, long videos and short videos;
  • Acted as an agent for a well-known music company to sue a famous Internet music platform for copyright ownership and infringement disputes of music works (including objection to jurisdiction, and the second instance annuls the ruling of the first instance on the transfer of jurisdiction);
  • Acted for a well-known technology company to sue a world-renowned enterprise over copyright infringement of fine art works (including pre-litigation act preservation);
  • Acted as an agent for a well-known technology company to respond to a large industrial company's infringement of computer software copyright and unfair competition dispute.;
  • Acted for a well-known Internet education and training company to sue a sales company for copyright infringement of pirated books;
  • Provided legal consulting services for the book cover authorship right of a famous university teacher;
  • Provided legal consulting services for the copyright of oil paintings, stamps and other art works and compilation works of a famous painter.


Anti Unfair Competition Cases

  • Acted for a well-known Internet video platform to sue a Beijing company for audiovisual works copyright infringement and unfair competition disputes;
  • Acted on behalf of a well-known technology company to sue a well-known enterprise in a dispute over unfair competition in the names of goods, packaging and decoration that have certain influence (including pre-litigation act preservation);
  • Acted on behalf of a technology company in unfair competition dispute to sue a well-known listed company in Shenzhen regarding hidden keyword bidding ranking;
  • Acted for a technology company in a dispute to sue an enterprise listed on the Double-entrepreneurship Board in Chengdu regarding account trading, false publicity, violation of business ethics and integrity principles, and other unfair competition (including behavior preservation, property preservation, additional co-defendants, etc.);
  • Represented a company in suing a company in Jinan for unfair competition disputes over its name and shop name.
