Personal Profile

Shan Wang graduated from the Law School of Northwest University and now is a practicing attorney at Globe-Law (Xi'an) Law Firm. She has professional legal knowledge and rich work experience, solid theoretical foundation and good comprehensive quality, and is good at solving real estate disputes, contract disputes, owners' meetings and owners' committees and other related laws and disputes. Since May 2018, she has been working as an attorney and provided legal services for government departments, large property companies and owners' committees all the year round, acting as an agent for many cases such as property management disputes, construction contract disputes and equity disputes. She is diligent and dedicated in my work, down-to-earth, with a high sense of responsibility, which is well received by the parties.

Work Highlights

• Represented for a construction contract dispute between a construction engineering company and a tourism development Co., Ltd., helping recover more than RMB 6 million of construction fees;
• Represented in the dispute between the owner of a community and the owner's Committee, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the owner;
• Represented on behalf of X Zhang, X Shen and others in the dispute over the property service contract with Vanke property company, and finally the court rejected the property's claim for payment of property fees; 
• Represented in the case of contract dispute between Ever-green Property and Schindler (China) elevator property, and the submitted defense opinions were all supported by the court;
• Represented in the property damage liability dispute between a property company and the owner and the construction unit;  
• Represented in the dispute over investment contract between X Hou, X Wang and X Xu and a decoration company to safeguard the rights of investors;
• Acting as an agent in a dispute between a property company and employees providing labor services.
• Acted as the perennial legal adviser for a construction company in terms of non-litigation, provided perennial legal services for a number of property enterprises, and continuously provided special legal services for the owners' assembly and owners' committee of a Development Zone Management Committee in Xi'an.

• Analysis on the impact of tort liability in the Civil Code on Property Management, China Property Management CN11-4669/TU;
• Participated in the activity of "I offer advice and suggestions for epidemic prevention and control and promoting economic and social development" organized by the lawyers’ work bureau of the Ministry of justice and the all China Lawyers Association. The co-written article Proposal on Improving Urban and Rural Grassroots Governance in Major Public Hours, Coordinating Epidemic Prevention and Control and Protecting People's Daily Production and Life was rated as excellent suggestions;
• Participated in the compilation and investigation of the book Report on the Development of the Rule of Law in Western China.
