Work Highlights

• Participated in Emerson's new product research and development and patent output projects, and responsible for the establishment of patent committees of several subsidiaries of Emerson in China and the layout of the overall process of patent application, including applications in China and overseas.
• Responsible for searching all patents of Emerson China Company, including FTO, invalidation search, patentability search, owner search, etc., and searching Chinese patents of Emerson Electric's global subsidiary.
• Responsible for the patent risk screening and assessment of Emerson China Company, including patent risk assessment of pre-research technology, patent layout research and risk assessment of competitors.
• Responsible for the patent applications of Emerson China Company, including patent mining, patent layout, and review of patent writing documents and response documents to examination opinions.
• Responsible for the patent invalidation of Emerson China Company, including invalidation retrieval, invalidation feasibility analysis, invalidation request and review of reply documents.
• Responsible for the patent business training of Emerson China Company.
• Handled the patent risk assessment of the FTO project of Emerson InSinkErator on wireless switch.
• Responsible for patent writing, patent layout and patent invalidation defense of the sealed terminal project of Emerson Electric (Tongling) Co., Ltd.
• Handled the patent circumvention design of FTO series of projects of scroll compressor of Emerson Environmental Optimization (Suzhou) Co., Ltd..
• Handled the FTO project on valves of Emerson Process Control (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
• Handled the patent applications of Gree, Sumavision and CRRC Corporation.
• Handled the patent applications, patent invalidation and patent infringement analysis of ZTE Corporation and Emerson.

Work Experience
